Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of oamsgh.com ("the site") and the OAMS service. By using the site or signing in, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Obrempong-Aseda Management Services Ltd is incorporated in the Republic of Ghana. The platform is operated by Bennett Aduboffour Antwi and the OAMS team.

2. Two relationships

• Drivers who join our work-and-pay programme enter into a separate Work-and-Pay Vehicle Lease Agreement, signed offline, that governs the hire-purchase. The lease — not these site terms — controls payment obligations, late fees, default, repossession and ownership transfer.
• Investors who fund the fleet enter into a separate allocation agreement covering pooled or dedicated funding, profit share and payout terms.

These site terms cover everything else: how you use this website, the driver portal and the investor portal.

3. Standard lease (summary)

For transparency, the current standard work-and-pay lease as displayed on this site is:

• Vehicle: Toyota Vitz 2014.
• Total: GHS 200,460 over 190 weeks.
• Weekly instalment: GHS 1,000.
• Security deposit: GHS 10,000 (refundable on contract completion).
• Grace period: 7 days after each due date before late fees apply.
• Ownership transfers to the driver only after the total has been fully paid.

The actual figures on your contract are what bind you and us. We can change the standard offer for new contracts at any time without notice; existing contracts are unaffected.

4. Accounts and security

• You must be at least 18 to use the site.
• Drivers sign in with their phone and a one-time SMS code. Keep your phone secure; tell us immediately if it's lost or stolen.
• Admins and accountants sign in with email and password. Change a temporary password on first login.
• You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us to suspend it.

5. Payments and surcharge

All amounts on the site are in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Driver payments through Paystack carry a 2% transaction surcharge added on top of the amount you choose to credit. The surcharge is shown before you confirm. We never charge you more than the displayed total.

6. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, scrape, brute-force, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform. Don't impersonate other users. Don't upload anything illegal or that you don't have the right to share. We can suspend accounts or contracts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The OAMS name, the violet shield mark, the site copy, code and assets are owned by Obrempong-Aseda Management Services Ltd. Driver-uploaded documents (Ghana Card, licence, etc.) remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and use them solely to operate your contract.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but we don't guarantee it; payments and balances may take a few seconds to reconcile. To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, our total liability under or in connection with the site (separate from the lease or investor agreement) is capped at GHS 1,000.

9. Termination

You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend or terminate site access for breach of these terms; suspending the site does not by itself terminate your underlying lease or investor agreement.

10. Disputes and law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes go to the courts of Accra, unless your underlying agreement states otherwise.
